Enhanced Safety Features for Your Peace of Mind
Your comfort and security are always a top priority. The home is equipped with exterior cameras at the front and both sides of the home to monitor entry points (no cameras are located at the rear). Inside, hearing-impaired smoke detectors add an extra layer of safety.

All doors leading to the pool area feature child-safety alarms, which can be easily disabled with the press of a button when in use. The pool itself is also enclosed with a safety fence, providing additional peace of mind for families with young children.
